Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote
Hours: 40/week
Compensation: $18-$23 per hour, based on experience
Mission
The primary mission of the Administrative Assistant is to reduce stress and increase productivity for our key leaders, enabling them to focus on high-impact activities. You will take charge of organizing their professional lives to ensure their time is spent on tasks that directly contribute to growth, team development, and client service.
Anything that doesn't relate to generating revenue, developing the team, or directly serving clients should be delegated. Your goal is to take over responsibilities that can free our key leaders to focus on high-leverage activities that drive REACHRIGHT forward, creating growth, jobs, and opportunities for everyone involved. Additionally, by managing their time effectively, you will help them maintain a healthy work-life balance, allowing them to fully recharge during personal time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Filter, prioritize, and respond to emails.
- Organize and manage dates, events, gifts, and thank-yous.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for Key Leaders.
- Answer phones and handle general inquiries.
- Process payroll and assist with new employee onboarding.
- Take meeting notes and maintain CRM management.
- Process accounts receivable and other paperwork.
- Oversee client onboarding processes.
- Systematize tasks and create organized procedures to streamline all administrative duties.

Qualifications
- Experience on a church staff is preferred.
- Experience as an event planner or project manager is preferred.
- Experience working remotely.
