With our collective experience and insights, we provide specialized digital marketing services to empower churches to connect with their communities and thrive.
REACHRIGHT is seeking a talented and experienced Content Director to lead our content strategy, creation, and distribution efforts with a strong focus on SEO. In this fully remote role, you will manage our social media accounts, write and edit SEO-focused blog posts, and implement outreach strategies for link-building. You will be responsible for developing engaging and meaningful content to support the growth and visibility of our client churches.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness for our clients, with a strong focus on SEO.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with our clients' missions and visions.
- Write, edit, and optimize SEO-focused blog posts that provide valuable insights, best practices, and success stories to help churches grow and thrive.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually appealing and informative content for various digital platforms.
- Conduct outreach to establish relationships with influencers and secure high-quality backlinks to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and future content development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our content remains relevant and effective.
- Ensure all content aligns with our clients' brand identity and messaging, while maintaining the highest standards for quality and consistency.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing, preferably within a church or non-profit organization.
- Proven experience with SEO-focused content creation and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, SEO best practices, and Google Analytics.
