Overview

EasyTithe is designed to help you cultivate a more giving culture in your church. It’s made with a clean interface that simplifies the giving process. It’s also easy for administrators to manage accounting.

During our EasyTithe review, we found the platform offers multiple giving methods including online giving forms, kiosks, texting and mobile apps. You choose what works best for your church. Of course, debit cards, credit cards and ACH (bank) are all accepted.

A strong reporting system helps churches keep track of all donations. The system can even help you figure out when donors are feeling more generous to schedule campaigns accordingly.

EasyTithe is so confident that giving will increase that they offer a 5% growth guarantee. However, the site states you may see increases as much as 32% or more.

Main Features

EasyTithe is made for churches of all sizes in mind. In fact, all plans give the same access to core features. No matter how people choose to give, all donations are secure as the company is PCI Level 1 compliant.

Easily accept one-time or recurring donations from debit cards, credit cards and ACH (bank). Create custom forms to accept all types of donations, including tithes, gifts, registrations, merchandise purchases and more. With your church brand on the form, users will feel better donating.

Set up different options to let people give to various parts of your church or different causes. Detailed reports let you see all your donations in one place for easy accounting. Forecasting helps you set better goals too. Plus, our EasyTithe review found that the software integrates well with most popular church management systems.

Multi-church support is included. This makes managing small startup churches and multi-site mega churches simple to do in a single platform.

Add forms to your church website or let donors give through a mobile app. Users simply download EasyTithe’s app, locate your church and give. They can also give via a custom text number or an on-site kiosk. No matter how they give, all the data is right at your fingertips.

Pricing And Fees

We took at look at the pricing and fees during our EasyTithe review. For churches on a tighter budget or just looking to try out the features, the $0/month plan is best. However, there are three main plans:

  • Church Plant – $0/month – 3% + $0.39 for card transactions – 1% + $0.39 for ACH
  • Mid-Size Church – $29/month – 2.6% + $0.39 for card transactions – 0.75% + $0.39 for ACH
  • Large Church – $49/month – 2.09% + $0.39 for card transactions – 0.75% + $0.39 for ACH

You can try all the plans during a free trial. All plans also offer the option to let donors help cover transaction fees if they want. High transaction churches with over $25,000 a month can contact EasyTithe for custom pricing and plans.

While online giving and the mobile app are included in all of EasyTithe’s plans, you have to pay extra for texting and kiosks. Add text giving for $5/month and/or a kiosk for $19/month plus the cost of hardware.

If you need a church app in addition to mobile giving, you can also add on MinistryOne for $39/month. You don’t have to add this in order to use mobile giving though.

Online giving makes a great addition to any church. While EasyTithe is a wonderful company, we also recommend you check out Tithe.ly.
