Church Growth Strategist
Base + Commission
You've been in ministry. You know what it feels like when a church is stuck. Attendance flat. Outreach stalling. The pastor knows something needs to change but doesn't know where to start.
That's where you come in.
At REACHRIGHT, we build websites, run Google Ad Grants, and manage local SEO for churches across the United States. Pastors come to us because they want to reach more people. Your job is to listen to what they're facing, understand their ministry, and match them with the right solution.
This is a sales role. But it doesn't feel like one. Every conversation starts with an inbound lead. A pastor filled out a form, watched a video, or downloaded a resource. They raised their hand. You're not cold calling. You're serving.
What your week looks like
- ✓ You talk to 3-5 pastors a day who already want help
- ✓ You ask questions about their church, their community, their goals
- ✓ You recommend a specific REACHRIGHT solution that fits their situation
- ✓ You walk them through the process with confidence and clarity
- ✓ You follow up, build the relationship, and close the deal
No bait-and-switch. No pressure tactics. These are pastors. You speak their language because you've lived it.
What this pays
Base salary plus performance-based commission. The harder you work, the more you earn. Top performers do well here.
The schedule
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time remote position with a consistent schedule.
You need to have
- ✓ Ministry experience. This is non-negotiable. If you haven't served in a church, this isn't the role
- ✓ Strong communication skills. You'll be on video calls with pastors daily
- ✓ Sales ability. Whether you sold formally or grew a ministry from 20 to 200, you know how to move people to action
- ✓ Tech comfort. You'll use a CRM, video calls, and online tools every day
- ✓ Reliability. You show up on time. You hit your numbers. You don't need to be managed

- ✗ You're uncomfortable talking to strangers on camera
- ✗ You're looking for a role where nobody checks your results
- ✗ You think "sales" is a dirty word

You are the person who makes everything run.
Not the person in the spotlight. The person who makes sure the one in the spotlight shows up prepared, on time, and thinking about the right things. You know the quiet satisfaction of a clean inbox, a protected calendar, and a to-do list that gets shorter because you closed the loops yourself.
At REACHRIGHT, we help churches across the United States reach more people through websites, Google Ad Grants, and local SEO. Our founder wears a lot of hats. He runs this company and he serves in ministry. He needs one person he can fully trust to take the day-to-day weight off his plate so he can focus on the work only he can do. That person is you.
This is not a task-rabbit role where you wait to be told what to do. It is an ownership role. You run categories of his life, not items on a list. Over time you will know his patterns well enough to handle things before he asks.
What your week looks like
- ✓ You triage his inbox every morning so he only sees what actually needs him
- ✓ You draft replies in his voice, so he approves and sends instead of writing from scratch
- ✓ You guard his calendar like it's your own: scheduling, rescheduling, protecting focus time
- ✓ You keep payroll, billing, and commissions running on time, twice a month, without anyone chasing you
- ✓ You handle travel booking, itineraries, and the logistics that eat up his day
- ✓ You run light HR: posting roles, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires
- ✓ You catch the things falling through the cracks before they become problems
What this pays
A competitive monthly rate for a senior, experienced executive assistant, paid in USD. We pay well for the right person and we do not haggle over quality. Compensation reviewed at 90 days.
The schedule
Full-time, aligned to US Central business hours, roughly 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Wherever you're based in the world, you need to be reliably available and sharp during those hours. Consistency is the whole job.
You need to have
- ✓ Proven executive assistant experience. Ideally supporting a founder or executive directly, for years not months
- ✓ Elite communication skills. Clear, warm, professional writing. You will live in his inbox
- ✓ Sharp judgment. You know what to handle, what to draft, and what to escalate. You ask smart questions instead of guessing
- ✓ Total discretion. You will touch finances, payroll, HR, and personal matters. Trust is everything
- ✓ Proactivity. You see the gap and close it without being asked. The trait we care about most
- ✓ Comfort with numbers and systems. Payroll, billing, spreadsheets, and online tools should feel routine, not scary
- ✓ Rock-solid reliability. You show up on time, every time. You do not need to be managed
You should not apply if
- ✗ You need detailed instructions for every task
- ✗ You can't reliably commit to US Central business hours
- ✗ You go quiet when unsure instead of asking
- ✗ You've hopped between roles every few months
- ✗ You're careless with details, or money and deadlines make you nervous
A heads-up on faith
REACHRIGHT exists to serve churches. You do not have to be in ministry for this role, but you should be comfortable working for a Christian company that serves pastors and churches every day.
