Overview
Kindrid is made specifically to help churches increase online tithing. The one thing that really sets Kindrid apart is the focus on consistent giving. The software includes features that inspire people to continue giving, leading to a more consistent income for your church and ministry programs.
You also get access to customized resources and church success coaches to aid in you launching a more successful giving program. This can actually help boost in-church tithing as well as online giving.
With a focus on ease of use along with powerful features, it’s no wonder why it’s one of the more popular giving platforms for churches.
Main Features
Kindrid is filled with powerful features to empower your church, members and online followers. It’s easy to customize to your needs and offers a variety of ways to give.
Anyone can give via ACH (bank account), credit card, or debit card. The great part is donors can choose to give to the portions of the church they want by using designations. Set up as many designations as you want for specific ministries, fundraisers, events, disaster relief and local causes. Donors choose where they want their funds to go and whether they give once or regularly.
Hate having to manage every aspect of your church separately? Our Kindrid review found that Kindrid supports numerous integrations with church software tools. Connect Kindrid to your current church tools to manage everything together.
What’s better – text or a web page? You don’t have to choose. Send out a custom giving number or create a branded giving page to make it easy for people to give at any time, anywhere. You can even set up a kiosk in your church for in-church online giving.
Not only can you accept funds, but people can easily register for events, camps and other church-related activities online. You can also manage multiple locations from a single platform.
Obviously, security is vital. That’s why Kindrid uses bank level security and is PCI Level 1 compliant.
Advanced administrative and reporting tools give you everything you need to manage donations and registrations quickly and easily.
Pricing And Fees
No Kindrid review would be complete without talking about pricing and fees. After all, you don’t want to break the bank just to offer online giving.
First of all, Kindrid offers a 30-day free trial for their two smaller church plans. This helps you give the platform a test run before buying.
The smallest plan is $15/month for up to 100 givers. Credit/debit card fees are 3% + $0.35. ACH fees are 1% + $0.35.
The next tier is $45/month for up to 500 givers. Credit/debit card fees are slightly less at 2.6% + $0.30. ACH fees are 0.75% + $0.30.
For larger plans, you have to contact Kindrid directly to request a quote. You can also contact them for customized plans based upon your needs.
Kindrid does offer the option to let donors cover the fees if they want. Also, there’s a giving guarantee. If giving doesn’t increase by 5% in the first year, Kindrid reimburses all your software fees.
If you need church management software too, Kindrid offers MinistryOne for an additional $39/month. This helps with media, registrations, prayer requests and more.
Online giving makes a great addition to any church. While Kindrid is a wonderful company, we also recommend you check out Tithe.ly.
