Old Testament Verses

The Old Testament is filled with stories of people in stressful situations and dire circumstances. We can see firsthand how they overcame the challenges in their life. Of course, we must be careful to not take every verse out of context, but we can still be inspired by the words of God.

Psalm 94:19

“When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.”

Applying These Verses

So, how can these verses help you? By daily reading these out loud or writing them down as visual cues, you can feel God’s presence. Some situations are more stressful than others, and many factors can be at hand. It’s not always as simple as reading a Bible verse and feeling stress-free. It’s about trusting God and His divine love and protection over us.
