César Castellanos is founder and general pastor of Misión Carismática Internacional (MCI) in Bogotá, Colombia, a role he has held since 1983 alongside his wife, Claudia Castellanos. Born November 14, 1957, in Sutamarchán, Boyacá Department, he started the church with eight people gathered in his living room.
That same year, Castellanos visited Yoido Full Gospel Church in Seoul, South Korea, and in 1991 he formulated the G12 Vision, a discipleship model built on mentoring circles of twelve that has since spread to churches worldwide. He also served as a member of Colombia's Chamber of Representatives from 1998 to 2002.
