What we score

Ten areas. Three jobs.

Your online presence has three jobs: look credible, get found, and reach new people. We score all ten areas from 1 to 10, so you can see which job is breaking down.

Look credible Areas 1-4

Earn a guest’s trust in the first few seconds.

  1. Area 1: Branding & Identity

Does your online presence look like your church feels, on every channel?

  2. Area 2: Website Design & Experience

Your website is the first room a guest walks into. Does it look like a church worth visiting?

  3. Area 3: Mobile Experience

Your next guest is holding a phone. Does your site load fast and work there?

  4. Area 4: The Visitor Journey

Can a first-time guest find when to come, where to park, and what to expect in under 30 seconds on a phone?

Get found Areas 5-8

Show up when someone in your town goes looking, on Google or in AI answers.

  1. Area 5: Local SEO & Google Maps

Someone in your ZIP code just searched “church near me.” Did they find you, or the church down the street?

  2. Area 6: Online Reviews & Reputation

People read reviews before they visit a church. Are yours recent, and does anyone reply?

  3. Area 7: AI Search Visibility

Ask ChatGPT for a church in your area. Does it name you?

  4. Area 8: Google Ad Grant

Google gives qualifying churches up to $10,000 a month in free search ads. Are you using it?

Reach new people Areas 9-10

Reach people who aren’t looking for a church yet.

  1. Area 9: Social Media Presence

Do people engage with what you post, or scroll right past it?

  2. Area 10: Short-Form Video

Reels and Shorts reach people who don’t follow you. Are you clipping your sermons?

What happens when you fix the right things

5

new visitors a month

30

new visitors in 3 weeks

One church we work with went from about 5 new visitors a month to nearly 30 in three weeks.

800+ churches. Here's what a few of them said.

We are consistently seeing first-time guests on Sundays, and when we ask "How did you find us?" the response is almost always, "We found you online." Nothing has been as effective as this.

Terry Kreuger

Redemption City Church

46,982 more people saw our ads last month. 2,727 more people clicked on our ads. $7,471.91 more in grant money for ads. Not only are we getting so much more, but you're also saving us more than $300 per month!

Michelle Rux

Google Ad Grant client

We have been able to maximize our Google Grant and invest over $26,000 in Google Ads, which has driven over 4,000 new visitors to our website. We now rank in the top 15 for our city!

Who you'll talk to

Real people who only work with churches.

No bots. No interns. Our team builds your review by hand, and you walk through it with someone who knows church life from the inside.

Why free? Too many churches spend money on marketing without knowing what's broken. We show you the problems first and let you decide what to do about them. Even if you never hire us, you leave the walkthrough with the full review and a plan.

FAQ

Still on the fence? Fair enough.

Is this really free? What's the catch?
No catch, but here's the honest trade. We build your review by hand, then present it on a free 20-minute call instead of emailing you a PDF that gets skimmed and forgotten. The call is where you get your scores, your findings, and your action plan. Everything we present is yours to keep, whether you ever hire us or not.
Why is the review presented on a call?
Two reasons. First, a live walkthrough is the only way we've found to make the review actually useful. You can ask questions, push back, and leave with a plan instead of a document you'll never open again. Second, we're a business, and the call is how we find out whether we can help you. No hard close. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you that too.
We already have someone running our website and social media. Is this still useful?
Usually, yes. Whoever runs your website and social media is close to the work. The review gives them an outside set of eyes and a ranked list to work from, and plenty of teams take the plan and run it themselves.
We already have a website. Do we still need this?
Having a website and having a website that actually grows your church are two different things. Most church websites we review have 3-4 issues that are actively burying them on Google. You won't know what's holding you back until someone looks under the hood.
How is this different from a free SEO tool?
Free tools spit out automated scores and generic recommendations. We have a real person who reads your content, checks your rankings by hand, evaluates your social posts, and writes specific recommendations for your church. It's the difference between a robot printout and a conversation with someone who's done this 800+ times.
Will someone try to sell me something afterward?
At the end of the walkthrough, if we think we can help, we'll tell you exactly what that would look like. If we can't, we'll say that too. Plenty of churches take our recommendations and handle it themselves. That's fine by us.
How long until I see my review?
You'll pick your walkthrough time right after you submit the form. A real person builds your review by hand before the call, so it's ready the moment we meet.
