Thomas Costello founded REACHRIGHT in 2016 as a bi-vocational pastor in Madison, Wisconsin, with a mission to help every church be found by the people who need it most. With over 20 years of ministry experience — serving as a church planter, associate pastor, and senior pastor across California, Texas, Wisconsin, and Hawaii — Thomas brings a rare combination of pastoral heart and digital marketing expertise to every project.
Under his leadership, REACHRIGHT has grown to serve over 800 churches across 47 states, managing more than $14.24 million in Google Ad Grants and building hundreds of church websites that actually drive visitors through the doors on Sunday morning. Thomas writes extensively on church growth strategy, pastoral leadership, church finances, and digital outreach — drawing from real-world experience on both sides of the pulpit.
When he's not helping churches grow online, Thomas lives in Honolulu, Hawaii with his wife and three kids, where he continues to stay active in local church ministry.
