Action Chapel International

Action Chapel International is a charismatic church in Accra, Ghana, founded in 1979 by Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams. It grew out of Christian Action Faith Ministries, the first charismatic church in Ghana, and has met since 1992 in the 8,000-seat Prayer Cathedral near the Accra airport, the largest church building in the city. Duncan-Williams, a disciple of Nigerian bishop Benson Idahosa, is often called the Apostle of Strategic Prayer and oversees a network of more than 500 branch and affiliate churches across Africa, Europe, and North America.
