First Love Church (Lighthouse)

First Love Church is based in Accra, Ghana, and led by Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, one of the most prolific church planters in Africa. The church was born on December 11, 2011 at the Legon hall chapel of the University of Ghana, when Heward-Mills returned to his first love of pastoring after years focused on his wider movement. It belongs to the Lighthouse family of churches he started in 1988, a network that now counts over a thousand branches across more than 60 countries. The First Love Center, the church's headquarters building opened in 2016, is one of the largest modern church facilities in Africa.
