About John Hagee
John Hagee is founder and senior pastor of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas. He started the congregation as The Church at Castle Hills on May 11, 1975, with 25 members.
Hagee dedicated a 5,000-seat sanctuary and renamed the congregation Cornerstone Church on October 4, 1987; it now counts more than 22,000 active members. He holds degrees from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and Trinity University, plus a master's in educational administration from the University of North Texas. Hagee has written 45 books, seven of them New York Times bestsellers, including Four Blood Moons and Jerusalem Countdown, and founded Christians United for Israel.
