Molina Rosario was born September 23, 1944, in La Romana. He began preaching in 1960 at age 14 at the Central Assembly of God Church in Santo Domingo under Pastor Jacinto Pérez, and founded Iglesia Mahanaim in the 1970s. He also leads the National Evangelical Concentration, an annual gathering held every January 1 at the National Olympic Stadium in Santo Domingo that draws more than 50,000 people, and founded the Christian radio station Voz Evangélica Nacional.
