About Ron Carpenter
Ron Carpenter is senior and founding pastor of Redemption Church, with campuses in Greenville, South Carolina, and San Jose, California.
Carpenter founded the church, then called Redemption World Outreach Center, in 1991 in Greenville with his wife Hope and three original members. He also founded Redemption Fellowship, an apostolic network of ministers, churches, and ministries. In 2018, after nearly three decades building the Greenville congregation, Carpenter became successor pastor at Jubilee Christian Center in San Jose following Dick Bernal's 38-year tenure, relocating Redemption's headquarters there. The Greenville campus relaunched in 2020.
